- Frames are corner blocked and constructed with Solid Oak and Select Hardwoods for years of dependable use.
- Seat support is maintained with (8 gauge) Super-Loop Solid Steel no-sag seat springs. On average 14 springs per Sofa, 9 springs per Loveseat and 5 springs per Chair.
- Seat cushions are designed to be supportive and comfortable which is achieved by using High Density Foam Cores. Most cushion cores are Dacron wrapped for extra softness.
- Pillow backs are filled with spun and blown super soft hollow fill fiber, which can easily be maintained by fluffing regularly.
- All pieces are bench built by individual upholsterer's which gives better tailoring and consistency in quality.
- 5 Year Limited Warranty on the hardwood frame against manufacturer's defects. 1 Year Limited Warranty on labor and materials against manufacturer's defects. Does not cover abuse, stains or normal wear and tear.
